To Hell and Back MTB 11 to 15 November 2010

This is a 2 day event that will take place on 13 and 14 November 2010 just outside Oudtshoorn. See website www.tohellandback.co.za for details. Entries open in June. We offer a package for participants and non-participants to this event. Due to the limited space for bicycles, we can only take 16 bicycles.

We depart from Pretoria at 13:00 on Thursday, 11 November and travel to Britztown where we will overnight in very nice chalets. We will stop in Kimberley for dinner (Included). Next morning we leave at 06:00 and stop at Three Sisters for breakfast at Wimpy (Included). We should be in Oudtshoorn by 15:00. We will book in at our Lodge where we will stay for the duration of the event, except of course for the cyclists who will partake in the To Hell and Back. They will sleep in tented accommodation in “Die Hel" on Saturday night. This is included in your tour fee as well as dinner in the Hell and breakfast. You must choose the R600 entry option when you enter

While cyclists struggle it out on Saturday and Sunday, Marieta will take the non-participants (at no additional cost, you only pay for your own entrance fee) to the Cango Caves, Ostrich farm and/or Leopard and Crocodile farm.

We will depart from Oudtshoorn directly after the event (ASAP. the last man/women is through the shower) on Sunday and travel to Britztown where we will again overnight. Wimpy will once again come to our hunger rescue for dinner (Included). We will depart at 07:00 on Monday morning and should be in Kimberley for breakfast (Included) at around 09:00. After breakfast we will tackle the last stretch to Pretoria and should arrive at around 18:00.

Cost for tour is:

For less than 10 cyclists : R2600 p/p/s and R2800 for non cyclist p/p/s

For 10 to 16 cyclists : R2150 p/p/s and R2200 for non cyclist p/p/s

Add R500 for single supplement.

Two dinners and two breakfasts are included in the tour price.

A 50% non-refundable dep. payable on booking.
